Natick Counseling is looking to grow. We are seeking clinical psychologists, licensed marital and family therapists, and licensed clinical social workers to join our team. Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose clients by completing a thorough interview and reviewing personal history

• Develop and execute individual treatment plans

• Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress

• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs

• Maintain accurate client documentation

• Provide short-term and long-term therapy using research supported psychological treatments (https://div12.org/psychological-treatments/)

 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in social work, clinical psychology or counseling is required

• Compassionate and caring demeanor

• Ability to build rapport with clients

• Strong leadership qualities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Licensed or license-eligible in Pennsylvania
